The Southside Church Men's Ministry visited WFT for a workout recently. Nothing like 2 hours of hoisting some kettlebells and pounding some tires to get the blood flowing! Pictured are Stacy Johnson and Drew Gammon. James says they are both very competitive and very enthusiastic about their workout programs.
The workout for this meeting consisted of some kettlebell work, your basic pounding tires with sledgehammers and some battling rope exercises. If you would like to know more about this style of workout, please visit our Boot Camp page!
