I have been working as an independant personal trainer in Idaho for over 5 years. In that time I have helped countless people lose weight, change their bodies and their lives.

I too, used to suffer from being overweight. At my worst I was close to 300 pounds. I thought I would be that way forever. I was miserable, unhappy and had given up on myself. I had a life changing event, where I thought I had suffered a heart attack. It turned out to be nothing, but that one moment defined the rest of my life. I began to read every book on nutrition and exercise and applied it to my life. I lost over 80 pounds in the process. I now dedicate my life to help others lose weight, get healthy and live life.

I have done the research for you. I read every book I can get my hands on to continually increase my knowledge. I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) personal trainer. I am also IFPA certified in personal training and nutrition. I am pursuing my Bachelors degree in Kinesiology with a minor in nutrition.

 

You dont have to be rich to get in shape. That is a Hollywood myth. All I ask of my clients is to bring a positive attitude, a willingness to change some of your negative thinking, the desire to want something better for yourself and work hard when we train. Its that simple.
