I am 34years of age now and have been training since I was 15. I started training others when I got my first job at a club called The Gym in South Dakota. Most of my initial learning was from the Mr. South Dakota's that worked out there. I entered some teen age power lifting competitions in my early years.
After that I found more joy in helping others ie: mostly women losing a pant size in 30 days or less, men strength training, stroke, heart attack patients, diabetics, back pain, sports athletes, actresses and actors, etc.
I continue to educate myself with the latest diets and exercise routines due to the fast pace growing fitness industry. I am a "give it to you straight", "no lies", "no excuses", and "don't give up" kind of guy.
