Don't let Traci's cheerful smile fool you into thinking that she will go easy on you. She loves to watch her clients break through barriers and achieve results they didn't believe they could. Traci has been working in the fitness industry for 18 years and especially loves to teach weight training and aerobics.
Traci was always working out, cheerleading, doing drill team, and dancing. I started working out at seventeen at the local gym, and then became a personal trainer and a gym manager.
Traci says that her clients open up to her because she really helps them get the results they want.
She is certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), the International Sports Science Association (ISSA), and is also CPR certified.
