As a certified personal trainer as well as a licensed massage therapist, health and wellness are my top priorities. I received my massage therapy training from The Wellness and Massage Training Institute in Woodridge, IL., with over 1000 hours of massage-related studies, including deep-tissue, trigger-point therapy, and Swedish massage. I graduated in 1999 and have been practicing massage therapy since the fall of 1997.
In 2004, I decided to add personal training to my resume and attended The National Personal Training Institute in Lisle, IL., earning my certification in 2005. Pursuing personal training has been one of the most exciting aspects of my career. It's fulfilling, fun, and I meet the best people around! Nothing's better than watching the transition people make when they really put their true effort into their health.
