I think like many women, I began my personal training as a last resort. After years of trying to shed extra baby weight and sitting in an office all day, I was definitely out of shape and unhealthy. I couldn't commit to the different diets I tried from NutriSystem, Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers. I joined a gym and then never went. I always had an excuse to fail!
I was very skeptical, but Jim was positive and enthusiastic! He designed a diet and exercise program that fit into my personal life! I ate plenty of food - the right kinds of meals that I could easily fix myself and my family! Jim customized a workout especially for me. He is a great motivator and coach. I learned proper techniques under his watchful eye to avoid injury and get the most out of every exercise! He challenged me to do my best.
Two years later and I am thrilled! I have lost 60 pounds (and will keep it off), I have muscles that are defined and best of all I feel great about myself! This is the only program for me. They say it's all about results and that is true, but it's also about how you get there and I couldn't have done it without Jim!
