Certified initially in July 2000 with Team Tae Bo®, Sonja has re-certified each year since. Sonja is owner of Southwest Fitness which is a managing partner of 5280 Sport & Fitness, LLC.
She opened her first gym in Littleton in 2000 with partner Rich Olin. And currently they have expanded their business in the Centennial/Highlands Ranch area where Sonja initially began teaching in 1999.
Sonja not only enjoys the physical workout when training with Billy, but what she craves more is the spiritual challenge to be a better person & bring out that spirit in her classes. She is also an interactive personal trainer and loves to challenge anyone to a great partner boxing workout, as that is a basic fundamental of Tae Bo®.
