Pete graduated from Radford University with a BS in Exercise Science and is certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). His fitness background includes one on one personal training to clients ranging from 24-60.
Pete has also worked with children (athletes and non-athletes) ranging from ages 7-18. Pete has been working out regularly on his own for the last 10 years and is always anxious to teach the abundant amount of information he knows to someone new.
In addition to being a fabulous instructor, Pete is also an amateur bodybuilder and has been featured on bodybuilding.com. Pete most enjoys training clients who are serious about getting into shape and leading a healthy lifestyle. His clients should expect someone who is going to help them with all aspects of fitness.
He will not just limit himself to getting you in shape; it is also his passion to help you feel better about yourself physically and mentally. He will help his clients make fitness a lifestyle and is willing to go the extra step with them to make that transition as easy as possible.
