Mission My lifetime calling has been fitness and athletic endeavors. My passion in life is sharing with others all that I have learned throughout the years. There is nothing more gratifying to me than assisting others in achieving their fitness goals. If I can make an impact on one life, then I have accomplished what I have set out to do. My goal is to help others make lifestyle changes while having fun doing it.

Interests
In my free time, I really enjoy running and weight training. I love watching LSU Sports; especially Football and Gymnastics. I also enjoy spending time with my Family; watching my son grow up, scrapbooking, reading and going back home to Wisconsin to visit my Family.
