Who Needs A Personal Trainer? In my opinion there is not a single person out there who would not benefit from having a personal trainer. In all honesty, many personal trainers use their counterparts as their trainers to get the extra push that only an external force can give. Here is a list of specific populations who could benefit from personal training. If one of the populations below does not describe you, it doesn’t mean that you can’t benefit from personal training, these are just examples.
Sportsmen (Hunters & Fishermen) Are you an out of shape hunter or fisherman, or do you know a hunter or fisherman who could benefit from working out? To get the most enjoyment out of your hobby you need to get into better shape.
Imagine you are reeling in a record Marlin…right now you would be exhausted after five minutes. However, if you were to spend just 3 days/week working on cardiovascular and resistance training you would be able to fight and land your trophy.
