Morgan Howe
My name is Morgan Howe. I have been with Shapes for 5 years. I have a degree in Exercise Science from USF. I am certified with ACE in Personal Training, and hold several other certifications in Group Fitness, Pilates Reformer, Pilates small apparatus, kickboxing, aqua, Yoga, spinning and more.
As a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at Shapes I am passionate because I enjoy helping people get into shape. I teach Tai Chi, aerobic weight training, and my own signature class “Cardio Stripâ€. I specialize in nutrition, stress relief and relaxation. I feel that my job is very rewarding when I have helped someone to see their fitness goals
