I was first introduced to the fitness industry in 1997. My passion for health and fitness developed and has since then evolved into a lifestyle that I welcome each and everyday! Since that time my certifications and experience ahve expanded from Personal Training and Pilates to Dietary Management. In college I studied Nutrition and Dietitics, which has helped me understand two ways of being healthy that work together.
