Philosophy:
As a competitive athlete I understand the extent of physical stresses the human body can endure and its ability to adapt as needed. As a husband and a father I understand the importance of staying healthy in order to enjoy all the gifts that life has to offer. Remember the phrase, “at least I have my health?†When all is said and done, our health is what counts the most.
I love outdoor sports. Mountain biking, roller blading, camping, and skiing are my favorite past times.
I workout for fun so that my fun is less of a workout.
