Nutrition basics to enhance muscular gains. Beginner Training for the beginner to intermediate level guest focusing on principles of weight training and the best exercises to build muscle and burn fat. Nutrition basics for overall health, performance and
cosmetic changes.
Running: Distance Runs available from 2 miles to 20 miles. 6 minute mile to 15+ minute mile pace. Scenic runs
along the Wailea Coast or explore the majesty of La Perouse Bay. Flat, hilly, rolling hills or beach runs available.
Beach Workout: An intense, fast paced cardiovascular and strength workout on the beach. Designed to challenge the best athletes, but can be modified beginner to intermdiate level guest.
