BACKGROUND: Competed in 6 bodybuilding contests. Completed 4 marathons. Served in the United States Marine Corps; Physical Fitness Instructor. Ran Cross Country and Track in High School and for the United States Marine Corps. Competed in numerous strength, endurance and best athlete contests.
TRAINING - Weight Training: Advanced Training for the intermediate to advanced level guest focusing on specific exercises for maximum muscle hypertrophy and to burn body fat. Nutrition basics to enhance muscular gains. Beginner Training for the beginner to intermediate level guest focusing on principles of weight training and the best exercises to build muscle and burn fat. Nutrition basics for overall health, performance and cosmetic changes.
Running: Distance Runs available from 2 miles to 20 miles. 6 minute mile to 15+ minute mile pace. Scenic runs along the Wailea Coast or explore the majesty of La Perouse Bay. Flat, hilly, rolling hills or beach runs available.
Beach Workout: An intense, fast paced cardiovascular and strength workout on the beach. Designed to challenge the best athletes, but can be modified beginner to intermdiate level guest.
