One-on-One Personal Training
This is the foundation of Main Line Ultimate Fitness and is our specialty. Following your thorough consultation, your trainer will educate, motivate, and inspire you to greater efforts during your workouts. You will learn a great deal about all components of fitness, including muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular function, flexibility and nutrition. Your trainer will also instruct you as to what you should be doing outside of your personal training sessions to facilitate your progress towards your fitness goals. |

Partner Training
Available for those who would like to train with a friend, significant other, or training partner. Sessions are virtually the same as one-on-one, just performed with a buddy! It is important to note that partner training can be done even if the two individuals have different fitness goals. |

Nutritional Consulting
Nutrition will play a vital role in you attaining your fitness goals. Many times nutritional consulting will take place as a part of personal training sessions. However, for those who need extra help with their nutritional program, nutritional consultations are available separate from training sessions. |

Corporate
What better way to reward your executives, officers, employees, associates and clients than with a gift of greater health and fitness? Training can be conducted at our facility or your corporate site. Consultations are available as well for equipment selection and facility set –up at your site. |
