Macie Berlin is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM) and has her B.A. in Women’s Studies and Exercise and Sports Science through the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Macie has always had a passion for health and exercise, and through many years of organized sports, has found the importance of looking at each person as an individual with specific needs and goals. She stresses the magnitude of a positive attitude to assists in reaching one’s health and fitness aspirations.
Focusing on functional movement patterns and a healthy lifestyle, Macie enjoys working with a large range of fitness needs by creating personalized and custom-made programs. She believes that with the right degree of education, passion, and determination, anyone can find the benefits of health and wellness.
