As a youth, Lou was told by everyone that he would never fulfill his unrealistic dreams of playing in the NFL.

Undersized and discouraged by his family and coaches, it seemed he wouldn't even get the opportunity to play in high school. However, Lou believed if he tried will ALL he had, he would prove everyone wrong and he did!

Today at 45, Lou has the chiseled body of a Mr. America body builder, the agility of a gymnast, and the endurance of a long distance runner.

He played for the Los Angeles Rams, Kansas City Chiefs and the San Diego Chargers.

Lou holds numerous sports awards including a Champion's Gold Medal in Jui Jitsu for the USA in 1996!
