Laurel Hahn
Laurel entered the fitness industry in 1986, and has since been training groups and individuals of all ages and fitness levels. She gets great satisfaction from seeing her clients improve their quality of life through the use of proper nutrition, cardio-vascular, strength and core training.
Also an accomplished "Natural" bodybuilder, Laurel has several titles to her credit, most notably winning the "Ms. Natural Baldwin Hills 2000 - overall division" and three years later; "Iron Man Natural 2nd Place - novice division", and still competes annually.
Laurel was also a regular on the nationally broadcast "Infinite Power Workout" T.V. show for 1 year, teaming with hosts Frank Zane, Willie Gault, and Joe DeAngelas.
She also incorporates Nutritional Education in her own fitness program.
