Ken thrives in not only making his clients healthier, but also in making a difference in their lives. He believes exercise and fitness should be enjoyable as well as effective, and aims to challenge his clients with training programs that are safe, fun, and achieve results. Ken realizes that his clients will work harder to meet new goals if they view exercise as a satisfying part of their daily routine.
Ken is certified as a Conditioning Specialist and a Personal Trainer by the National Strength Professionals Association (NSPA). He is also certified as a Master Golf Fitness Instructor by Advantage Golf. He received his Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware, where he excelled in the long jump and sprints as a member of the track & field team.
