Hello! My name is Karen Shaw: I live in Valrico, Florida with my husband and four children. I enjoy running, hiking and ballroom dancing. My interest in physical fitness began with having been on the high school dance team.
As a dancer, flexibility and cardio stamina were my initial focus, but once introduced to the gym, I quickly realized that lifting weights greatly increased my overall muscle and body fitness level. I have worked at Andrews Airforce Base, and have taught tumbling and dance.
I now turn all focus to you at SHAPES TOTAL FITNESS for WOMEN. I am excited to be around so many who are striving to make their own fitness goals a reality.
