Gil Yurly
Gil entered the fitness industry upon graduating from Chapman University in 1982. He has been assisting men, women, and teens, successfully in reaching their fitness goals for over 20 years. An athlete all his life, Gil played baseball while at Chapman and has a strong interest in working with sport specific athletes and competitive bodybuilders.
An accomplished “Natural†bodybuilder and judge, Gil has several titles to his credit most notably winning the prestigious Natural Mr. California overall Novice Division in 1992 and ten years later recapturing the 2002 overall open division of the Natural Mr. California contest.
Gil was a regular on the nationally broadcast “Infinite Power Workout†T.V. show for 2 ½ years teaming with hosts Frank Zane, Willie Gault, and Joe DeAngelas.
Gil’s fitness formula for success is simple; exercise consistently, eat the proper foods, and use only Body Wise nutritional supplements.
