I had the experience to train with Dave Parise while in New York. We met at a Awards dinner for SAGA. I was impressed with his education in regarss to address my orthopedic concerns. I have two trainers in LA they are good but do not compare to Dave. I plan on using his services while filming in Boston this spring.

The personal trainers from Results Plus in Hamden and North Haven CT was the best investment of my 35 years! Dave Parise and all the personal trainers are at the top of their game. I just joined for another 100 visits, and I am now felling better then ever!!! The most important issue for me was they work around all my orthopedic and muscular concerns.
