Fitness West is a family-owned health club which has been in business since 1985.
We are located at 1880 Garnet Ave. in the Pacific Plaza II Shopping Center. We have been a locally owned and family run gym for over twenty years. Our simple philosophy in running the business has always been the same - to treat our customers as we would

want to be treated. Our goal is to provide a clean, non-intimidating, hassle-free environment where anybody (regardless of age or conditioning level) will feel comfortable to come in and workout.

Our upstairs section holds a large array of exercise equipment which include elliptical machines, treadmills, stairclimbers, Lifecycles, recumbent Lifecycles, rowing machines, free weights and a complete circuit of Nautilus machines. Our downstairs room is specifically designed for our group exercise classes which include boot camp cross training, high energy athletic training, yoga, group cycling, cardio kickboxking, body sculpting, aerobics/step, pilates.
