Hi! I'm Joyce Fisher, owner of the Fitness Training Studio LLc. I have my B.S. degree from Southern Illinois University and am certified in Strength and Resistance, Personal Training,Stability Ball, Resistance Tubing, Pilates on the Ball, Circuit Training and Senior fitness.
I have been in the fitness industry since 1971 and co-owned Fitness Trainers Ltd. since 1997.
The F.T.S. is a private personal training studio located inside the Edison Center at 101 W. Edison Ave. Suite 247 next to the new Trolley Square on Olde S. Oneida St. in Appleton.
My staff and I can offer you a guided workout whether you are beginning an exercise program or whether you would like to go to the next level in fitness. We can give you a fun, creative workout!
