Began as the conditioning consultant for the original Seattle Sounders professional soccer team and the Tacoma Starts indoor soccer team. Was part owner of a highly successful health club for 14 years, weight loss behavioral consultant for 6 years, and a fitness equipment expert for the past 7 years. Now providing selective training for those in need for weight loss for adults and teens. I learned from the best Jack LaLanne.
