Craig has been certified as a Health Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer through the Orange Coast College Fitness Specialist Program. As part of this program, Craig has successfully completed courses in Kinesiology, Anatomy and Physiology, Strength and Conditioning Theory, and Weight Training Nutrition. He was also a two year volunteer in the Orange Coast College Adapted Strength Training Program, which is designed for students with physical disabilities.
Craig is also an accomplished long distance runner. He has logged over 6,000 miles of running, has completed 28 26-mile marathons and was a finisher in the 1997 and 1998 Boston Marathons.
As a Fitness Trainer Craig would be happy to design a strength training program for you to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
