Clayton’s belief in making overall health a way of life has led him to the profession of Personal Training. He is passionate about the people with whom he works, and is determined to help those people improve the quality of their lives.
He began training in 2001 and has earned numerous certifications along the way. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science with a concentration in Fitness Leadership from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. He is certified by the American Council of Exercise as a Personal Trainer, The National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and also has a nutrition certification from the Apex Fitness Group not to mention numerous other courses to help him be more effective with his clients.
He understands that credentials are important, but most important are the people, the clients. Clayton has trained hundreds of people in fitness training, but also in nutrition, supplement consultations and behavior modification.
