For the past 14 years, my focus has been on fitness and health. Throughout these years, I have attended numerous personal training workshops and seminars along with providing customized workout sessions.
My certifications include IFA and Shapes Total Fitness for Women. Currently, I hold a certification for personal training, cycling, kickboxing, gliding and group fitness.
