Throughout my life I have maintained a keen and varied interest in sports and fitness. My specialties are boxing and cycling. I have completed courses in Personal Training, weight training, Group Exercise, indoor cycling, outdoor fitness, functional training and postural assessment.
My interest is in sports and helping others to meet their goals, all of which lead me to a career in fitness and health.
