As an honor's student from Cal State Northridge, Camille Gardner has been active in the health and wellness field throughout her college years, graduating with a B.S. in Kinesiology and a focus in Exercise Science. She has worked with many different populations, including clients with disabilities in the Center of Achievement at Cal State Northridge and the Los Angeles Fire Department. She administered fitness testing and evaluations at the LAFD to track progress in strength programs and developed core programs for the men and women in training. Certified from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS), she consistently researches and compiles information to keep up on emerging trends and new research. Through personal training, she applies her research as an advocate for health and fitness. She is very supportive in encouraging fitness for employees and patrons at the Cat & Fiddle Restaurant in Hollywood, where she is currently managing the business that was established in 1982. Camille is very dedicated to her work to help people reach their goals and aspirations through promoting a healthy lifestyle.
