Brenda joins Shapes with twenty some years of experience in health and fitness. She started her career with the YMCA in 1984 as a fitness instructor, which quickly grew into a position as the Ftiness Coordinator and Fitness Specialist. She has trainered clients one on one, as well as taught Group Fitness classes, and keeps in shape herself with weight training, attending cardio and sculpting classes, and runs 20-25 miles a week.

Brenda's favorite part of her job as a Personal Trainer is "coaching clients towards their fitness goals and seeing what that does for one's self-esteem, confidence and quality of life".
