Before immigrating to the United States, I graduated from a private college in Germany. I got my Green Card in 2002 and moved to Florida where tow years later my son, Liam, was born and I found myself 40 pounds heavier. Remembering that in Europe I learned to get thte most nutrition out of all of my calories and to choose foods and portions that were right for me I set my new to loose the baby weight very high! Through proper goal setting, self-motivation and consistant exercise lasting more than just the 60 minute minimum I have created an attituide that is now life-long and lasting.
