Berni has been with Shapes since 1994, and she is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and Lifestyle & Management Consultant. Berni is also an expert in Diet Logic, in the top ten Shapes Personal Trainers and achieved the Group Cycle Instructor of the Year in 2006. She teaches the Group Cycle Instructor course for the Academy.

Berni has been the Cycle Instructor of the Year in 2006 and the Group Fitness Instructor of the Year 1996. Berni's focus is Life Coaching encompassing all aspects of fitness and specializing in Diet Logic Consulting/Weight Management. She is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm
