My name is Audrey Pino and I am a Certified Personal Trainer. I moved from upstate New York over four years ago and now make Tampa Bay my home.
I love to see people really enjoy their workout. If you can have fun with a fitness routine your passion to make fitness a daily practice can be achieved. Exercise can be hard and will take effort, but it can also be euphoric.
The goal is often to look good, but when you are really healthy, feel great and have energy to spare your lifelong goal can come true. That's what it is all about. My goal is for you to love your workout and to enjoy the body you have while working on the body you want.
To look and feel your best you must learn how to use your body's potential. We will focus on resistance training, cardio activity, balance and flexibility. I am here to guide you in the right direction.
Obtaining health and fitness goals is achievable. Whether you are new to the gym or have been working out your whole life, there is always more to be done. Never stop setting new goals.
