I have been teaching and training for the past 2.5 years in the Health and Fitness Industry. My main specialties are BodyBuilding, KickBoxing, Body Sculpting & Toning, Nutrition, Weight Management, and Maintenance of a Healthy LifeStyle! I also carry an up to date CPR/AED certification.
